Snout Services, LLC respects your privacy. When you book a service through https://snoutservices.com or interact with our online booking form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and service address; your pet's name, species, breed, age, weight, special care notes, vet contact, and emergency contacts; the service requested, dates and times, sitter assignment, visit reports, and notes between you and your sitter; payment information processed via our payment provider Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers); the content of SMS, emails, and in-app messages you exchange with us or your sitter; and your IP address and timestamp at booking submission, used to verify consent and prevent fraud. We use this information solely to deliver the pet care services you have booked: scheduling visits, dispatching sitters, sending booking confirmations and reminders, processing payments, and answering your questions. We do not share or sell user data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We share your information only with the subcontractors and service providers we use to deliver your service - your assigned pet sitter, our payment processor (Stripe), our SMS provider (Twilio), and our hosting and email providers - and these providers are bound by confidentiality and use your data solely to provide their service to us. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to book services with us; we will continue to communicate with you via email. SMS & MOBILE MESSAGE POLICY: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No SMS opt-in, consent, or text-messaging originator data is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties for any purpose. SMS messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in via the separate, optional checkbox on our booking form, and SMS opt-in is never required to book our services. Message frequency varies (approximately 5-15 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
