When you book a pet care service with Snout Services, you can choose to receive SMS text messages about your booking - appointment confirmations, reminders, your sitter saying they are on the way, and brief check-ins during your service. SMS opt-in is OPTIONAL. When you book at https://snoutservices.com, you will see a separate optional checkbox at the final step labeled "I'd also like to receive SMS text updates about my booking from Snout Pet Care - confirmations, reminders, and messages from my sitter." Tick that box to opt in. You can complete a booking without ticking it; we will email you instead. We send: booking confirmations, appointment reminders before each visit, sitter check-in/out updates ("on the way," "arrived," "finished"), and brief two-way messages between you and your assigned sitter. Approximately 5-15 messages per booking, depending on visit count. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
